- Items returned beyond the specified time window (as outlined in your order confirmation or product documentation).
- Items returned in a condition different from when they were shipped—this includes damage, signs of wear, alteration, or removal of original tags/labels.
For your convenience, you may return multiple items in a single package, even if they were purchased in separate orders. Important note: All returned items must be accompanied by their original return forms (included with your shipment). Returns without these forms cannot be processed accurately, and delays or refusal of refund may occur as a result.
Additionally, we only accept returns of products in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. This ensures that items can be verified as genuine and resold (if applicable) in line with our quality standards.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items and confirm they are in good condition (undamaged, in original packaging, and with all necessary forms), we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your return has been accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your original purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). For customers who used membership coupons or loyalty points, these will be automatically reactivated and linked to the email address associated with your account.
Please note that credit card refunds are subject to the processing timelines of your card issuer, which may extend the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account. In rare cases—such as high-volume periods or unforeseen logistical delays—returns and refunds may take slightly longer than the standard 10 business days.
